[Resolved]  DLF New Town Heights Gurgaon — Extornist DLF

DLF Started Selling New Town Heights Gurgaon through agents across the country instead of advertizing it on their website . They called in Pre Launch. They did sell it through agents starting february. When the money was taken by wire transfer by them, they advertized this sale in the Web site by March middle and Increase the price by 20% with Some thing Called Preferential Location charges. This was universally applied to all the Big appartments.

Later the Agents in Collusion with DLF assigned appartment numbers to all the gullible persons who has paid up money in the prelaunch and imposed this 20% fee on them. Either you take the appartment or we will keep your earnest deposit.

A clear case of blackmail, deceit and extortion. Coming of top of it, A rude and arrogant person lying thorough his teeth sits as Customer Care GM. He forgets conveniently that DLF did not even advertize this sale till the middle of March. It did not accept direct communication through individuals through the middle of march and then claimed the agents are cheaters, not them.

Result: All the customers who are trapped are feeling cheated and let down by this appartement Sale by DLF. They cant withdraw their money since allotments have been done in collusion with agents and Customers have no way out.

i have a flat in New twn heights & fighting for getting my money back.I think guys in Chennai & Bangalore have shown us the way by getting price reduction, exit option and as well as change from time linked to Contruction linked.

who ever wants to read about the MoM should become memeber of group. But i would like to mention that after reading MoM i am much relieved. This group rocks and i am sure DLF will agree to the assurances. i will also like to join you in next meeting on 15th March.

I have gone through the notes written here, facing hte same problem. While we are paying heavy interest rates to the banks we have no surety of getting the pocession in time from DLF. Moreover with our funds DLF is financing other projects. Can anyone update me on the meeting on the 21st Feb at DLF's office, is anything on these lines planned again. Are people moving to the court whaht is the direction. Lets all get together and speak to DLF.

DLF including the agent in this case are really cheat.I have been alloted appartment in sector 91.Plc of Rs 500 per sq ft is unheard and very high, payments are not linked to construction, prices of all input materials have gone down, even land prices are going down, Therefore the prices should be reduced at least 30%.Even the excise reduced by the GOVT on construction materials should be passed on to consumers.Agent in my case is BAJAJ CAPITAL.Agent must have earned lot of commission without any service and advise. I am really feel trapped.Can any forum help me

I have also taken an apartment at NTH, Sector-90. Till now i have paid almost Rs. 50, 000 in interest alone. and by the time HDFC releases the 85% of my apartment value, I would be paying almost Rs. 37, 000 per month as interest only. And what DLF would be giving for every month of delay is around Rs. 8500 per month. Effectively DLF is getting the money from me at an interest of 2.5% per annum. While at this point of time, with the kind of reputation they have and the rate at which their share is trading, they cant get the finance from the banks at even 15-16%. It will be in DLF interest to delay the project so that they continue to use the investor's money available to them at cheaper rate then to deliver the project.
same is with UPPAL group, who has cheated me with 7.5 lacs

I agree with above, we should Sue DLF for this. This is our hard earned money and we will not allow any body to take it like this.

I completely agree with this.

Given the recent move by DLF to cut the property prices in Bangalore by 32% and also given the reduction in input costs DLF should cut down the prices of these flats by at least 25%. How can we jointly make a representation to DLF management ?

I completely agree with the complaints, DLF must be accountable for their projects & ensure transparency. The other thing that has come to my notice is that they have given back some commissions to some of the people who have booked directly with them. Only some, not all. They have given 1% to the consumers as they booked directly, saving on 1% if the same people had booked through the agents. The agents get 2%.
DLF is a cheater.Dont buy any properlty ffrom them they are big CHOR.
