Over the past few months , the population of stray dogs in our locality has multiplied.
Consequently the incidents of dog bites have also been on a rise since.Adding to the trauma of victims is the cost of medication.It has become impossible for children and senior citizens to even walk peacefully on the road.I would like you to look into the maater with a sense o[censored]rgency.
