Hi,

I had ordered the pizza through Dominos website. After making the payment with my credit card, the website did not redirect me to the confirmation page. Instead it just froze. It happened twice. After 2 minutes, i got a message from Kotak Mahindra Bank that the money has been transacted but when i called up the store they said the bill was not generated. Now i am stuck with 553.08/- Rs transaction in my account but no pizza to account for it. I have SMSes/statement from the bank to prove that the transaction did happen. The Transaction Details are: 12/01/2013 VT130130051000120000119 DOMINOS-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN INR 553.08, I checked with Bank people and they told that Merchnat (Dominos) was already claimed that amount on 13th January. Don't know what to do? Please help. I spoke to store people, but they are telling they dint receive any order. Please check with transaction list on 12th January and verify the transaction number which i have provided.

i had ordered a pizza online and made a payment by credict cards(6 times by using HDFC, 4times of SBI).But dominos failed to place my order even when my order payment was made the payment details are as follows

After making the payment, the website did not redirect me to the confirmation page. Instead it just froze. . After 2 minutes, i got a message from SBI Bank that the money has been transacted but when i called up the store they said the bill was not generated.
Now i am stuck with RS 1535 /- on[protected] THERE IS transaction in my account but no pizza to account for it. I have PHOTO OF BANK STATEMENT from the bank to prove that the transaction did happen. Please help.

The store manager won't listen to me. The store is SADAR, NAGPUR.
They are not ready to listen and neither is customer care.

Money not refunded yet

Orderd pizza online on 18th April 2015 and pizza was late by 15 minutes and I was promised to be paid back/. Still the amount is not refunded to me.
