I am Vailankanni dsouza ph- [protected]/[protected] Allan dsouza house, lower pakhadi , shastri nagar, Kanjur Marg E Mum 42. Email: [protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@yahoo.com Date: 25/3/11 Respected Sir, I vailankanni dosuza residing at Kanjur Marg East am complaining against Domino's Pizza. On this date i tried to place an order with domino's pizza home delivery First -- I called hungry helpline no 44448888...this person transfered my call to the nearest outlet that is "Vikhroli" when i spoke to them they would not accept my order and clearly said "Kanjur East is out of service area as per mentioned in our poilicies rules & regulation " when i asked them why as per Right of information Act,which is my right to know but they denied to give me the reason or mail me the information Second --- they could nt help me out to place my order with other outlet Third : this thing continued for 4 to 5 times for half an hour ... me calling the helpline , told the helpline the issue but they again and again transfered my call to VIKHROLI OUTLET Conclusion : I ended up having nothing Request: Plz consider my Complaint and looking foward for justice Was this information helpful? | |||

Am from hctm technical campus, Ambala Road, kaithal.
I just call on [protected]/52/53 about 4 to 5 times on(time 7.30pm around) but no one picked my call. After that I personally call to a delivery boy', s number. Then
he pass his phone to another guy who was registering the order, after that I was able to order my pizza and he was refusing to register my order becoz my bill was of RS 380.
So my question is that is above amount was not eligible for home delivery. (Domino's at Padma city Mall, Kaithal) and my contact number is [protected]
