I AM A DONE CARD AGENT. MY EXPERIENCE IS NOW A DAYS MAXIMUM TIME IRCTC WEBSITE SHOWS PAYMENT DONE SUCCESSFULLY . BUT IRCTC ETICKET CAN NOT MATERILZED.

i am new ib this business. i can thought about take done card agency. but after read this commant i confused so please some gentlemen please guide me
I am in the process of discussion for taking up Business Partner for Done card services.
But I am surprised to see so many complaints of people who had suffered but I don't find any response from your end.
This sort of pooor handling of BP will not last long for prospective business scope for the future.
Kindly what was your./has been your reaction and response to find solution to the BPs.
Unless and until you keep people in aggravated situatation, it will neither heldful to develeope business and no sign of growth to earn out of this businees.
