[Resolved]  donecard — Don't use DoneCard

I use Done Card, I have top up my mobile number of times
and booked train, bus, and flight tickets, never faced any problems.

May be, Mr krishnamoorthy, could not follow the proceedures correctly. If you use the PIN number 3 times wrongly it does n`t
work anymore

donecard is so badly given a service. i done mobile recharge at rs.500, but they not come. i complaint but they not any reply. that's why i complete disagree with donecard service.

It's not complain. I request please issue BSNL & Airtel mobile recharge system in donecard for Arunachal Pradesh. Donecard issue these system on other State like (Assam also) but why you not issue these system for Arunachal Pradesh. In our Tirap District Lapu, Recharge card, Topup Card are not available. Public purchase in black to pay extra amount to recharge there mobile. "TO EARN MAX BENEFIT BOTH THE COMPANY"

THE DONECARD SERVICES ON WEB IS THE SLOW ONE THAT I HAD EVER SINCE I AM E TICKET AGENT OF IRCTC IN GOVANDI ADDITIONALLY I HAVE ITZCASH ALSO, WITH ME THERE IS NO SERVICE PROVIDED BY DONE CARD THE EMPLOYEE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS GIVES NO RESPONSE EVEN IF YOU MAIL THE THING TO THEM THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN YOUR COMPLAINTS I DON'T KNOW WERE IS THE COMPANY THING FOR JUST TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMER AND NO SERVICES.

There should be some problem either with the browser settings or the method you guys are following.
I am a happy user of donecard for more than one year and I do lot of transactions such as air booking, rail booking, mobile recharge and the like and I never encountered any problem so far.

my father has purchased in bulk quantity(such as investment) of done card from done card agent after his dath i want to produce for activited it but company didnot giveany responce about my request.after all this product is a famous company so its duty of company for activated all cards.in this type of works with custmar is wrong. idont agree company produczers.

i have done topup in my airtel phone 2nd may 2009, i recieved the recharge pin no, before writing that number it vanished, so please look into the problem and solved my phone no is [protected]

For topuup they 'll give u a pin no. by which u can recharge ur mobile as recharge voucher(by same procedure using the provided pin)..

We purchased Itz cash card of Rs.250 by your donecard website through my Donecard S.No.40C[protected]. But we received only Pin account number. But I have not received the Sl.No.and password for this. Without Sl.nO.& password I cannot use the Account No. of Itzcash card. Please email me the Sl.No.and passsword of Itzcashcard by email sir.
I made so many emails earlier. but no response from your end. A copy of this also sent to intrexindia.net.

I have done topup through Done card/Onestopshop and i got the PIN number which we need to enter in our cell in the Normal topup formality.You will not be Recharged automaticlly from the Service provider.
