I Agree with both of you. But Keertikar, how could you believe them when they told you that this infection can lead to death. That's utterly stupid. And pls dont plan but make sure to take a legal action against such unethical professional organizations.
The another thing the betrayed people like you and me can do is make a scene at the clinic itself. This will not only reveal the bad part to the new joinees but can also help more people join in to the brigade.

Yes friends, they are bullish in making money only. Before starting with the treatment, they just negotiate with the patient for a bond period with a rate contract which should not be accepted. Dear All, pls do not go to Batra's for any kind of treatment. This too is my personal experience. But understanding the activities/ behaviour of the assistant, i came out with out paying money.
A Perfect/ excellent/ experienced homeopathic practician will charge Rs 200 to 250 per siting inclusive of medicines worth for a month. But Batras are charging Rs 12000 for an year which is not accountable. If we calculate charges of Rs 250 per month then it comes to 3000rs only. Look the quantity of money they loot with the public!!! simply UNACCEPTABLE!!!

i have called 5 times their mumbai office and told them to remove my number im in DND but they never stop sending sms
I had received several phone calls from batra clinic post online enquiry. Later the day i visited they asked me to take a package of 10000. which i did but later on the receipt they mentioned some different disease for which i asked the accountant to correct it. Later on discussion with the doc she told that since the medicine which has been given for the treatment which is not present in the billing system it couldnt be printed on the receipt. Later i decided to get the refund from them Dr. Batra mulund clinic since if they do not know the disease name how could they treat it. Also i am not sure what medicine they are giving as there is no prescription. This issue should be dealt me as they are playing with the life of the patients and looting them by charging a higher amount.
It has been 3 weeks since the request for the refund has been given but no revert.

I live in US and paid Rs. 12, 000 at Chandigarh clinic last year which included shipping for my medicines...took the first 3 month medicine with me. I never received any further shipments. I tried calling...none of the doctors tooks my calls and also, most of times weren't reachable...
This year when I went back in Mar. 2011, I requested for my refund. The office took the information including the address in India and name to which they should make the refund. We havnt' received the refund till now. My mother and sister have been calling almost every week but they are just told to call next week...this have been going on for 7 months now.
My brother went through a similar experience...he paid for the whole year and never got my medicines. Poor guy could not go back and when called for refund...noone took any accoutability. But in my case, I have a signed letter from the Dr. Batra's office that my refund will be processed and send back to me. Now, after 6 months of not receiving my refund...what are my options. Please suggest.

I have started my hair treatment on 18th of june 2020, they said the tharepy is for 3 months, which will end by September, which would they will take twice a week, in Vijayawada, but it's two months now, there is no improvement in my hair, neither they are regular/consistent with thier work, they don't have extra staff if one is on leave, neither they have proper machine which always stops working every next week. Dr.Batra is good to make their customers fools, they snatch your money very wisely, but never come with positive results.

I've taken the medicines for 1 yrs and during the year my problem got doubled. They are still promising that it'll be cured soon...soon...and soon.
I've no faith on Batra treatment and their Doctors.
My suggestion to all the patients to not to go for Dr Batra, as its a waste of tiem and money for sure. Pls contact to some Good professional doctor. I'm also planning to lodge legal complaints against him, if possible.
