sir, i did not recived my driving license which was booked by rtr ranga reddy dist, with ems speed post vide ems no EN[protected]IN. on 19sep2010.
I got my driving licence from RTO Durgapur wb, but same having name spelling mistake, more over in place of wife of TRIDIB ROY BARMAN it has been wrongly written as son of TRIDIB ROY BARMAN. Pl tell me what to do. Thanking you

Dear Sir,
I have given my Driving licence for Four Wheeler at Tardeo RTO on 29-June-2012 & also submitted original licence of two wheeler And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 60 days. It has been 70 days now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

Mu name is prem singh / DOB 4.02.1989. I have completed all the things pertains to DL but yet be receive my license yet. I have visited numbers of time RTO ghaziabad and every visit it found that office are closed due to strike. Although i tried so many times to call customer care number they always asked to visit office but not provising the exact information. On RTO portal my application/DL number showing Approved and in in printing of smart card. I fed up for continous visit there or call at customer care.
