[Resolved]  DTC Bus — Rude behaviour of conductor and rash driving of the driver

I boarded the BUS Route No 493 from Nehru Place to Mayur Vihar Phase III (DL IPC 9436). the conductor like all DTC bus arrived after the passengers were seated. The passengers crowded on his eat for the ticket. i was the first one to reach and he never gave me the ticket. I am a female . I kept waiting for a good 10 min and when the bus reached Modi fly over I told the conductor that he has been giving the tickets to all male passengers and all those who boarded the bus later. he very rudely told me that you have to go very far so dont hurry and KEEP STANDING. I told him that this does not mean that I keep standing since I have to go very far. In reply to this he tells me "AAPKE TICKET MEIN BAHUT GADBAD HAI". its messy preparing tickets for long distance passengers. This is really criminal. what are these conductors paid for. this is bloody not the consumers problem. Please solve this complaint instantly, otherwise I will approach higher authorities. I am a senior Govt official.After making a ugly frowning face he gave me the tickets after fellow passengers told him to give me the ticket. The driven and conductors pair seems to be made for each other. The driver was driving very rashly and stopping where he wanted to stop and not stopping in places where he was supposed to. he used to open the gates even at red lights. when My stand came, there was a red light in the New Kondli area, which was 90 second red light. I asked him to open the door, he told me gain very rudely that Ghar hee toh jana hai, thodi sabar kar le..The DTC complaint nos nobody picks, the kashmere gate nos are not available..Kindly resolve this issue and I want both the conductor and driver to be given a warning. I can otherwise move court for rude behavior towards a lady passenger..

DTC — rudely behaviour of driver

i am bansh raj.i live at West Patel Nagar.This is not only my complain but also all the person are facing this problem in route delhi to gurgaon.the driver has no manners and his behaiver is very roudly to talking to any body.Today in Morning when i m wait for a bus at rajendra place bus stop to go to gurgaon just then i saw a bus that bus was karol bagh to gurgaon.then i entered in bus after that the driver has stoped to bus and he said to me that you are go out from the bus to link road near hanuman murti,when i said to driver why are you talking to me so.he said to me that the bus will be go here from 8.30 after that i gone to there and entred in other bus when this bus was tol tax just then c2604 come there at 9.05.how is possible that if any bus go to from 8:30 to karol bagh,the bus arrived tol tax at 9.05.this matter 4 times to with me to same bus
This is reminder against earlier complain regarding very less frequency of bus no. 610 (wazirpur to R.K. Puram). I had earlier also complained regarding same but no action has been taken till now.
Since this bus covers one of the very popular govt. hospital - Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya hospital, this bus is used by so many people, patients, lack of this bus service creates a lot of problems. We have to wait on bus stop for hours and after a long time, one private bus comes which is overloaded.
I sincerely request you to take action regarding this problem and do the needful for poor people.

this is to complaint about a red line bus that i got from Ramprastha (near Anand Vihar) the number of the bus was DL-1P-9269 ,the name of the bus was 971 and the time was 5:00pm-5:30 dated 24-march-2011 the driver was very rude when told to on air conditioner. when asked what is the complaint no. he said take my no. and i dont know.
his air conditioner was working properly but we who pay for it don't have the right to speak even. in the men while my stop came and he didn't stop and he left me 2 stops ahead ....this is the most disappointing time i had in a RED LINE BUS WHO CHARGES DOUBLE THE COST OF WHAT NORMAL BUSES CHARGE......SOME ACTION SHULD BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM

Dear Sir,

Boarded the Low floor A/C Bus Route No. 764 Bus No. DL1PC3188 on 22nd July, 2011 from Near Sector 1 Dwarka at around 5:15 pm & got down at Matiala Bus stop.
At Madhu Vihar stop, One passanger wanted to board the bu, but the driver was reluctant to open the door. The passanger repeatedly knocked the door, after that the Driver opened the door.
The passanger asked the driver, why was he not opening the door.
On this the driver started shouting on the passanger & stopped the bus.

This kind of rude behavior is not expected from any employee of DTC towards any passanger.
Please ensure that the drivers & conductors behave properly with all passangers.
They must understand that they are there because of the customers (passangers)
They earn because of passangers.

DTC — Bus speeding on redlight

Hi,
Today, 0800, 28.12.11, the bus number 567, regd number DL-1P, C3119, the bas was speeding on redlight. Besides the driver was driving rashly, changing lanes arbitrarily and even parking the bus on red traffic lights in such a way as to block the other traffic.
I would request that driver be at least warned.

Rude behaviour of driver

I boarded the BUS Route No 543(Kapasehra at 9:00 O, clk Morning) from South Ex to Mahipalpur.as two buses pass at the same time & I had took second one. I always notice driver behave weirdly as feel because of government job they think they are DAAMAD of the government & have authority to do what ever the want because no body take action against them as a permanence employee. They dosnt know how to behave with girls & ladies.

They treat passenger like a animal.The driver was driving very rashly and stopping where he wanted to stop and not stopping in places where he was supposed to. Few one open front door for ladies if they found rush on back door but that person who drive the bus 543 that day not even open the door.
I am just asking why authority not took action against them as they are doing what ever the want at least authority should take action to avoid serous incident.

An incident happened in front of me on South Ext bus stand, a person try to board bus from back door but driver ne bina parwa kiye bus ki speed barha di or wo larka gate se niche gir gaya now my question is agar wo mar jata or us k baad koi action liya jata to us ka kya fayda hota ...

Kyo authority chhote chhote issues ko nazar andaz karti hain k driver or connectors k hosle itne barh jate hain k wo galtiya karte rehte hain.

They even know how to speak, Government job itni sasti hai k her koi us ko join kr le, kyo wo government k naam badman karte hain ?
