To Manager, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) Subject:Complaint regarding to route misleading by DTC bus Driver Dear Sir/Madam, Sir I am a passenger of DTC bus. Your service is really good all across Delhi but you don't provide service to the customer who travelling to Bhatti Mines/Dera Gaon (Near by Satbari, IIPM) from Lado Sarai route. There are so many passengers who are traveling from this route all of has to face a lot of difficulties, so sir please solve these problem as soon as possible. Regards, Sanjib Kr. Our problem is that FATEHPUR BERI (516, 523) route. we will daily face many trouble because all private buses are not running. and in this route buses are very short.
so please solve this problem to increase the buses in this route as soon as possible.

Subject: Complaint regarding my hand getting stuck in the door of the red line bus no DL/ 9334 Route no. 721 in the morning at 7:20 on 25/2/2012 at Dabri Xing Pankha Road New Delhi
Dear Sir
I am a regular passenger of DTC bus as usual I was waiting for the bus today at Dabri X-ing bus stand .As the above mention bus no. has come and the bus stop for a few seconds on the stand when I was entering in the bus suddenly the driver closed the door and moving the bus consequently my right hand stuck in the gate than I shouting and conductor was also shouting to stop the bus after 8 to 10 seconds the door opened by the driver my hand free. It was all because of the driver's negligence. This accident happened today in the morning time at 7:20am.I request you to take serious action against the driver and Conductor also.

iam ghanshyam sharma i leved in badpur new delhi we are dailly going noida phase 2 . bus no 8 in badapur but 8 no rout bus driver stoped 1 hrs on stand his wat pass privet than his going i m daily late rech office . i request to pls 8 no bus morning 8 am timly going noida other wise we are complted trnsport minister.
