Dtdc Courier — Not Delivered the Parcel to My customer

Dear DTDC Courier,

Kind att General Manager,

I have sent parcel through DTDC Courier on 25th Jan 2010 and marked parcel URGENT,
POD # is M50368138 & M50368139, Both the parcel was to same party, They have delivered the 1s parcel on time but not yet delivered the second parcel till today on 29th afternoon, Today its Friday and I have sent the parcel on Monday, Its been a week and I t wasn't able to reach the courier to my customer and due to this , I lost very important order from my customer,

Please advise what to do?

I have sent parcel through DTDC Courier on 4th MAY 2011
POD # is B70874005, They have delivered the courier at tirunelveli branch 0n 6th MAY 2011 but not yet delivered parcel till today to my address. I have called many times in tirunelveli branch and nobody pick the call. I never heard it takes a week to deliver. could you please take as priority on this matter.
