I would like to draw your attention to the excess charged by your office. When contacted your staff declined to accept the low rates as mentioned on the website.

On enquiry to Ms. Pinki (your staff at Mumbai Office) as to whom to complaint… My call was put on hold for more than 15 minutes and later the person kept me waiting for another 20 minutes to get explanation from within office. Later I asked her to call me back with details explanation.
Please note that your office at Tulsidham Thane charged me Rs. 60.00 for an envelope (less than 100 Gms) for Nagpur. Your office informs me that the tariff is Rs. 50.00 only. Whereas the tariff states charges of only Rs. 20.00 + 18% FSC + Service Tax, for delivery within state. Explanation to being charged Rs. 60 as against the calculation is awaited.
No person in DTDC is concerned and co reply has been received by me.

In the meantime, I sent another letter by courier to Chennai.from their Ghatkopar east office;even though the envelope was less than 250g., I was charged Rs.75/- saying that the charges vary from office to office. As I know that complaining to DTDC is of no use, I have now decided to stop sending through them.
I would like to know courier service which is reliable and has uniform charges at least in the same city branches.
