DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. — i Want to know the detail of a courier which i sent from Bangalore to USA

I had send a courier from DTDC COURIER & CARGO LIMITED near CORPORATE OFFICE :"DTDC HOUSE",3,Victoria Road,Bangalore-560047 this is the addrss from which I had sent i want to know the Detail of my product wheather it is delivered or not. this has been a very horrifying experience. My cosignment scheduled to reach bharuch from Ranchi has been misplaced. the staff behaviour is very bad. instead of having taken the right step they have played a blame game only to inform me today that my consignment consisting of very important documents has been lost.

I as well as my sister have contacted them several times but every time we get a reply " Dear Sir, we are looking into the matter."
Now when I again contacted in the Kanpur Branch the person says " Sir we are still looking into the matter but most probably your courier has been lost."

What the hell is this ? " most probably your courier has been lost "

I SENT E-MAILS TO DTDC AND THEY REPLIED ON AUGUST 12. 2009 THAT THE CONSIGNMENT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON 27.07.2009 AS PER THEIR DELIVERY RUN SHEET[protected]. ON THE OTHER HAND THE LOCAL FRANCHISEE, PRASHANT NAKRA OF C-4E/361, JANAK PURI HAS HANDED OVER ME A COPY OF FIR THAT THE CONSIGNMENT HAS BEEN STOLEN AND IT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED.

THE COMPANY AND THE FRANCHISEE HAVE HAND IN GLOVES AND THEY ARE NOT SPEAKING TRUTH.

WILL DTDC COME OUT WITH THE FACTS NOW TO RESOLVE THE MATTER?

I AM BOOKING DCOUEMNT DATED 8/9/09 FROM VADODARA TO CHITTORGRAH[RAJ] BUT DATED 17/9/09 DELIVERY NOT SENT.MANY COMPLENTS SENT BUT NOT ANSWER DOCUEMNT NO.A 16121662

One very important court document was couriered to me at house no.481, Sector-5, Gurgaon-122001, Haryana by M/s.Animal feed & Fodders Pvt Ltd, Siliguri, West Bengal atleast 10 days ago vide consignment no.F04350235. Tracking report says that the consignment has been reached to DTDC gurgaon office on 23rd of this month.Since the consignment was not delivered to me I personally had gone to their Gurgaon office at sector-17 & to my utter suprised I came to know that they have lost the consignment.This is the second time such stupid thing happened to me in the last 6 months.I am completely at lost & don't know what to do, whom to complain.Do DTDC has any responsibility? While they are charging hepty amount for courier service but takes very little care about the customer need & satiesfaction.What next I should do?

Oh my! Even DTDC is bad?
Better stick with the snail mail of India Post where even Speed Post/Registered Post to other cities take a minimum of 4-5 days. At least they get delivered.
