DTDC — Package not delivered.
During my vacation from 31-May-2010 till 11-June-2010 when I was in my home town in UP, I received a call from a DTDC Delivery boy whose number is [protected], that there is a package containing a T-Shirt of Bangalore Royal Challengers has come for me. I told him that when I will come back I will call him. Since 13th June I am calling him but he always gave me a number ([protected]) to confirm. This number is always busy. I have also written emails to the DTDC customer care ('css.[protected]@dtdc.com'; '[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'css.[protected]@dtdc.com'; '[protected]@vsnl.com') several time but there is no reply from any one. Also their phone numbers are normally busy, if at all it gets connected there will be a someone sitting will not reply and just cut the call. Not sure if I will ever get my Package.
