[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Non delivery

kindly updates a parcel through ur courier no. Z89816083 From Ghaziabad, Please do the needful.

I have sent a question bank from Jawaharlal Nehru University to Govt Engg College Gaya Bihar on Date[protected], but till that now neither it delivered nor it returned.I am also asking to concerned person who booked my material from JNU, but he does not gives any response.
In your Custummer slip it is mention that if there is no delivery within 30 days then customer should claims at booking centre.I also claims several times but finally there is no any result to my claims.
I dont know which type of service provide by DTDC.
So please take a suitable action regard my problem.

We was post a courier from Agartala to Delhi(DMRC Lodhi road ) date : 11/04/2009 whose reciept no. is K34011687. this is not reach to added address write on this Courier . we want to urgent this satus and mail us this email id and cont this no. I also had same problem with DTDC courier service, My previous company from Hyderabad has sent me valuable Certificates and bank cheque to my Chennai address on 17th of april 2009 and DTDC consignment no is H59336854, but till now I havent received the courier and I got frustrated on DTDC service, when I called to DTDC customer care they said me unfortunately field representative has lost all the consignment on that day and DTDC has lodged the complaint in Police station for the same. Now I am in biggest problem since I was awaiting to get my previous company experience certificate and reveling letter and Cheque, I would request you to please do the needful

Sir/ Madam,
We are regularly providing business to your courier service from more than one year. We regret to inform you that our letter sent to Bangalore with your docket no z89721960 dated: 24.04.09 has been returned to us on 05.05.09. After enquiring at your office at ambabari, jaipur we were told that the letter was returned because of short address.

We were surprised to learn the facts and immediately confirmed from the person we had sent the letter, he told us that the address is fully complete and all the letters he is receiving from various courier services at the same given address.

Moreover if the Bangalore DTDC office found it as short address he could have given a call on the mobile number mentioned therein but he didn’t do so.

Explaining all above facts please suggest at least one reason of short address and not delivering our letter in time. We are enclosing docket no. slip and photocopy of address on envelope.

I am a ebay seller, i sent 2 packages weighing around 3.0+1.5 kgs each which are computer stuff, for a order to a buyer from cuttack. It cost me over 480 Rs for both packages for airmail. Each package is well packed and i attached the address 3 sides with clean print. May be you know about ebay online sellings the buyer pays through paisapay you only gets the money after the buyer gets the package. The 2 packages costs over 4000 Rs.

After7 days seding the packages online traking showed that one of the package is kept held at "Bhuvaneshwar" Dtdc office which is 100 Kms from the destination of recipient. And it shows that it kept held due to" MULTIPLE PIECES RECOND" i dont know what it mean i contacted HYD office where i sent from and they told that one of the package is missing. The second package will be held until the 1st package gets in contact. i waited for 15 days still it shows same, i contaced the Head office of hyderabad through my local coureir incharge(he is a good person), he tryed almost for a week calling the head office and bhuvaneshwar about the shippment and missing package.
After 45 days of dealy there is still no sign of the 1st package, so i negotiated with DTDC to give the rest of the 2nd package to the customer at cuttack, even for this takes 10s of phone calls and visiting my nearest DTDC office doorstep every 2, 3 days and wasting lots of precious time, finally they sent the 2 nd package with out the first package. i don't have other choise but to negotiate like this . I am afraid that may be something can happen to my 2nd package then i will lose both items.

I lost almost 3000Rs for the package, and the replacement item to the buyer and other charges. Still i fortunate that the 2nd package is more valuable than first atleast its reached . The consignment is closed. Really i tell you its painsticking. Its your item its your money and finallly its your effort to finish...what is this.?
Guys this is the brief description about the service of private companies in india. They will rule like this untill some kind of strict "customer service act" comes .
INDIA should not contain this kind of precious time suckers, Time is more important than everything until we realize this we will be faraway from "pure economic devlopment".

DTDC Courier — negligence by courier company DTDC

Z90091414 on 15th may 2009 to DIBAI Distt.Bulandshar UP which had not reached yet, I want to know the specific reason for this negligence, I had the reciept of this document, if this courier doest reach then i had to contact to CONSUMER FORUM,

i sent a gift to my brother from telibagh lucknow to hisar on 19 may i.e.no z92501380.till now he hasn"t received. The worth of gift is Rs.2300 and i paid for Rs 150 for delivering. usually it takes 3 days but still not delivered. i called up many times and still trying to contact u but not getting any reply.i m completely fed up and get rid of this big problem. u people are so irresponsible and again i dont want to take risk so return my courier which i sent to my bro i.e is not deliverad till now and get my money back otherwise i"ll file complaint against u in consumer court

i had booked a document from Kolkata vide CN no K 34473540 dt. 25.05.2009 from your Taltala Collection Centre KF 1250. addressed to Mr. Bimal Kapoor - Varanasi - 221001. Please note that the envelope contains my wifes voter id card which she required while travelling with two children from Varanasi to Howrah on 29thMay by Kalka Mail with an E- ticket. Since the same did not reach her on time she had no other option but to travel without it for which she was penalised for Rs 5600/-. Till now, at the time of writing this mail, 30.05.2009, 12: 17 pm, the same has not reached the destination. If it is lost then we shall another problem of re-issue of a duplicate voter id card

i think this is one of the worst courrier company in india and its licence sgould be cancelled immediately.
