[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Non delivery

Dear Mr, Suresh Bansal/Mr.Taran Pant,


I had made a shipment by you on 10.02.2010 from Haridwar to Gurgoan.

The document no is -Z03899311, At the time of booking your people told me that it will be definitely delivered by 12.02.2010 But my Currier still not delivered.

I had checked your tracking site, its show that Currier reached at gurgoan on 11/02/2010 and they try to deliver on 12th but party was not available .

This is not true.

They have even not tried to contact the party on given land line and Mobil numbers. At now status is showing that parcel has return to Haridwar.

From the 11th, i was in contact with your Gurgoan office, but they didn't try to deliver the Currier to the party.

Even i had contact with your BR.manager Mr.Sangam, still no response.

The party address at gurgoan is a very known location and on main road in a poss area.

The address is:-

First Floor, Block-B, Vatika Tower, Golf course Road, Sector-54 Gurgoan.

Which is mentioned on parcel with the phone numbers.

That was the payment cheque and if it was delivered on time i will get discount of Rs.13000.00, But Because of your system i loss my money. Even i does"t know the actual location of the parcel.

You are kindly requested to trace my parcel and arrange to deliver it on party address immediately.

I have send an courier on 8th feb 2010 in DTDC courier they have deliver the cover but someone stolen the things which I have send I made many complaint they replayed once but no action taken since now.

I have sent a draft through DTDC Currior(raibareilly) in k.k. mishra c/o pharama world 20 bhasin market amina bad lucknow u.p. on 04.02.10. But till date the draft has not received at their end.I visited the office at raibareilly for about 14 days to help me how to know about the status.
When I contacted the person about he misbehaved and used some unperliamentary words and told that he is not to inform me about the delivery of letter. He also told that I cound do nothing by complaining at DTDC because he has very influence at the company.Repeatedly he uesd the unperliamentary words.

Is is so that if any letter is not delivered customer has nothing to do, rather to hear the abusive words and insult from the currior service representative

Never do a urgent courier From DTDC courier because they are the worst, bad courier service provider in india, i had a very bad experience with them and the employee who does'nt revert back

my family members given a package on 24th feb from Ambajipeta(andhrapradesh) to Bangalore, Karnataka. i waited till 4th march 2010. but there is signals of getting. when i contacted the courier service( rajahmundry looks like from rajahmundry only they will be redirected to respective destinations)by conversation i came to know that first it wil go to hyderabad and then to bangalore. surprisingly the guy from rajahmundry says he already sent to hyd. when i contacted hyd guy they says we not yet received. its so pathetic that they don't have system to check the invoice that they send and how many receviced.
the service is ugly particulary they don''t have any proper answers for these questions and all are very wage answers like just now we came to know that sir / we will investigate/.

DTDC Courier — Delay In returning undelivered package

An envelope was couriered on 12th march 2010 (Shipment No Z[protected] to be delivered in New Delhi only, it was containing the application forms and the challan of deposit of Rs.400 which was to be submitted to the Examination Unit HRDG CSIR latest by 23rd of March.But it was returned to us as Undelivered on 3rd of April.

Worst form of service I ever witnessed in DTDC. I had concern with my consignment No-B61078999
I sent a parcel on 6 /4//10 to one of my friends in Karnataka Bihar through DTDC. The parcel contained a couple of Xerox document .I paid Rs 40 towards the courier service fee and was told that the parcel would reach the destination in a couple of days all ready two week over but still not delivered when I call to customer care she is saying your packet is delivered when i confirmed him where he delivered then I come to know that my parcel is delivered on wrong place.

I have sent an important document like flight tickets and certificates from Delhi to Salepur, cuttack, orissa-754202 on 8th April 2010. For urgency & avoid delay delivery I have used DTDC courier which is still in transit today date20th April 2010. I have given complain in their services but they are calling reciever to collect packet from other city apart from salepur-754202 telling they dont have services in that city even they dont have any instruction to deliver that packet. Reciever is an old person who is not having capability to travel other city to collect the pocket. Is there any other way to take strong actions against such type of bad servies after commitment. So that such type of inconvency by service provider will not commit and do monopoly business.

DTDC Courier — document not delivered

I had couriered (from mumbai to udaipur )one very important document via dtdc courier (doc no m[protected]which contained doctors prescription and medical reimbursement bill of one cancer pateint.
This was couriered on 22 april from mumbai and i was assured to deliver the same by 23 april 2010 but till date there is no update about the whereabouts of the documents .
I have been calling, mailing to various persons but for vain.

this is again a big question mark on the services offered by your esteemed organisation.

I wish to use the worst words which i have ever learnt in my life but for the sake of my upbringing am holding them.

i hd sent a clothing of 1000 rupees by dtdc courier on 24th april from lake view branch,sub branch keyatala lane,tania tele link.it was sent to the address mr.purnachandra dash,near radio station,rajendra nagar,luchhapada road,berhampur-760001,ganjam,orissa.im continously going to the dtdc,complained on line but no response.consignment no isk41061631

And what makes the matter worse is - the helpline numbers they have put up on the website are useless! No one is picking, I am trying since the last 2 days.. one minute it's busy and the next minute it rings but no one picks. Meaning the number is being used but these CROOKS don't pick intentionally!
