[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — False information on consignment delivery | |||
I have a consignment from Orissa on 23rd March 2010 to be delivered in Chembur , Mumbai. The address , phone number everything was right. Till 28 th March i didnt received anything. I checked online i found the status showing the consignment is delivered at the destination. But it was not delivered to me. So i wrote a complain and started enquiring. At last on 1st April 2010 i got a mail like this: ******************************** Dear Sir/Madam, Please find enclosed the delivery status of your consignment. DELIVERY INFORMATION CONSIGNMENT NO. K40295257 DESTINATION Mumbai STATUS Delivered DELIVERED ON 26/03/10 DELIVERED WITH Sign, @ : 13.35 DELIVERY RUN SHEET (DRS) NO. 12247676 REMARKS (IF ANY) Thanking you, Yours faithfully, for DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd., K.Shivan Executive - Customer Support ******************************* There was no phone call, nor any assurance and proof of delivery was with them . EVEN I GOT THE SAME INFORMATION FROM ONLINE. I HAD ALREADY MENTIOND THEM ABOUT THE SAME. BUT IT SEEMS THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROPER MECHANISM TO TRACK THE MOVEMENT OF CONSIGNMENT. This is with regard to the consignment no. V03756306 to be sent to Md. Naushad, Okhla Vihar, New Delhi-110025.I am sorry to say that on 4 september around 12.15 PM I was assured by one of your emplyees who is looking after your Business at Hydrabad Near Nampally Railway Station,
Landmark -- any Hospital, that the said cosignment will reach on Monday positively if Ipay Rs. 150
for the cosignment but even after availing the services at Rs. 150. the consignment was not received by the consignee. The delivery of the consignment on time was very important . Although I am feeling cheated by that employee pls. ensure that the delivery of the cosignment to the consignee to be made by 10 am positively.
