Dtdc Courier — MISGUIDANCE IN PACKET DELIVERY STATUS REPEATEDLY | |||
Dear sir/mam, I got very annoyed with the postal services of DTDC courier company. They delayed my packet and always misguided on the status to me it was urgent but everything just messed up. Respected sir/mamI am complaining against dtdtc courier services borkar enterprise 7bunglows andheri branch against suresh borkar..I am a housewife i went to mr suresh to ask whether i can send some of my material to delhi n in how many days.. he replied it will b deliever in 4 or max to max 5 days..so after asking i went back again and bought some expensive fruit in considering his verdict.. after 4-5 days i called him in order to confirm why my material has not yet reached..he replied it will reach there soon..sir/mam i waited so long and now he is saying that it will be deliever on 8th day..i felt so bad i bought mangoes 4 my mother and due to his misguidance those mangoes had damaged and i had a loss of Rs 900.. sir plz take action against him as this is a serious mistake 4m his side and only due to him i had aloss of900..
