[Resolved]  DTDC — Shift till date not received to consignee

My self Vinal Mehra I booked one pack product for my relative by DTDC courier service at Pimpri(Pune) On dated 19/04/2010 monday for AKOLA, Having docket no P12475323 but till date said consignment not received by consignee (my relatives) I also checked the status online with DTDC which is still showing that the consignment is in transist.
Hence no one given proper response from concern branch ( DTDC),I have contact to all concern branches i.e. Pimpri (Pune),Nagpur,Akola.
