Easy Cabs — False Booking

My relatives were coming from MP to visit Karnataka for a week. The train was supposed to reach Bangalore Railway Station at 1 am. I called up the EasyCabs asking if they pick up people from Railway Station. They said they do, but there is no vehicle that can accomodate 7 people so I will have to book two cabs. I did so. The train was on time. EasyCabs IT services were excellent, with my uncle receiving the confirmation SMS with driver details half an hour before the train's arrival.
This could have been a happy ending of this story, but it turned into a new beginning. The EasyCabs driver reached "Bus Stand" instead of Railway Station. On repeatedly calling him, he said he is coming to Railway Station in 5 mins. Another crux to the story - there was "only one" cab sent.
Calling up the EasyCabs office to complain about this was dealt very peacefully with the Customer Care executive just informing me that "Due to unavailability of 2 cabs in that area, we sent just 1 cab". And what about the guy reaching to Bus Stand instead of Railway Station? "Because Bus Stand and Railway Station are close by"..
Afterall, it's also one of those Indian companies who take customers for granted! What if it is at 1 AM, causing huge embarrasment to hosts and inconvenience to guests!!
