[Resolved]  Easy Day — Mismanagement

Manager/Staff is incapable of controlling the customers particularly at the Cash Counter. People don't come in queue, but staff does not intervene rather supports. Other people in the queue keep waiting because the member who is already making the payment has other family members still busy shopping. They brake the queue and behave as if they have reserved the counter until all the family members are through as far as payment is concerned.
Staff is least bothered about all this for the reason better known to them. Even manager understands but does not intervene.

Lack of education/ training is evident from the behavior of the staff/manager. They need to master the skill for better management. Hopefully they improve and prevent their genuine customers from the inconvenience caused

It was really sad to come out of the store with such unhappy experience-19Oct2011/19:00hrs

Thank you very much for the reply although it's quite late and not a satisfactory reply.

I would like to know in concrete terms what action has been taken against your staff

At the Store also, the manager said that there would be a call from Easy Day to me ( I had lodged the complaint in writing at the store also) but there has been no call so far

This again shows your seriousness on the issue. There have been so many complaints against Easy Day but I don't find any improvement.

I would hope and appreciate if some meaningful/concrete action is taken to improve the attitude of the staff

i had the worst experience at one of your stores in Dehradun, the Manager Sachin Tyagi does not have any management skills no one was at the register when the young lady did show up she said there will be a charge for the bag how was i to carry the stuff i had bought for Rs 5300/ and then Mr rude sachin
who was on the phone chatting with a friend appeared and told me that UP/ Uttrakhand people have to pay for the carry bags.
The only reason i bring this to your notice is that i like shopping at easy day but from now on will never go there and will let other women know about the same

poor quality of management, I had been visiting easy day of sector 56 Gurgaon from last 5 days and they are putting cash back of 50 percent on many items and every time they are saying server is down and some time no internet but other easy days of Gurgaon are working, its a national wide company and such an poor management to resolve the problem, easy day business is on club and if there is no internet and server is down than how will they give benefits to client in this case they should close the shop till servers and internet is fine, there is no seriousness in resolving the problem

4 days have been passed but not delivered the product.Management did not take any action.

I placed an order at morning by 9:30 am in their what's app no[protected]. Now the day is over its 6:30 pm but till I don't get any call about the order related. This incident is happened at Serampore store of West Bengal. Today (02/10/19) I am very disappointed. Also informed that regarding my orders I called them so many tomes. But first 2 times they received it and told they will look after this matter. But till after 5pm when I didn't get any call regarding my orders I again called them, but it's ringing for 5-6th times. Today I'm unhappy about the staffs management system.
