[Resolved] Easy Day — Poor Delivery

Hi All,

I am a regular customer of Easy Day.
I have purchased One Refrigerator from easy day. They assured me delivery of all that Refrigerator with in 4 Hrs. After 5 hrs when I called them back they replied their delivery van is stuck some where due to this delay in delivery after some time they called back and told me that they This Refrigerator IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THEIR STORE.After 24 hours they have deliver my Refrigerator.
I don't know weather they have delivered my fresh Item or not.
I just try to find number of their sales head or any customer care mail ID.

my experience was also very pathetic i shopped for approx 8 thousand and there was an scheme running with TIDE surf they are offering Bucket with same but when i asked for the same the are saying bucket to nhi milegi vo to khatam ho gyi hai and when i asked ki mujhe kuch aur de do then one TL said ki aj ap pehli bar aaye ho kya easy day mai.no one is cooperative there now i am requesting u all frnds please never visit to easy day .

4 days have been passed but product not delivered.
Store: Rishra, Hooghly -712248, west bengal
