[Resolved] Easy Day Store — Rude Behavior of Manager & Rotten Fruit/vegetables | |||
When I want to purchase Britannia Little hearts, six packets, they told me take only three packets. Moreover in the store there is a section for Rotten Fruits/Vegetables at low prices. The fruit & vegetables are having worms and not fit for humans Was this information helpful? | |||

Well the attitude of all the staffs in the EASYDAY pan india retail store are the same, either they are
crystallised or are pathetic .Today I produced a gift voucher of 2kg sugar which I got
from the Kotak Mahindra Bank, they simply told as the gift coupon has more then one date stamped
in the back, so they can;t give me the 2 kg free sugar..just non-sense.Last time they told to get the
sugar billed 1st and then produce the coupon and I did the same..seeing a potential loss they just
refused the free sugar.The incidence happened in Botanical Garden, Noida store.The store manager,
looking like a rowdy also confirmed the same.I'm their 2 years old customer..now I've decided not to
go and NOT TO RECOMMED THE EASY DAY STORE TO ANY ONE IN INDIA, THEY ARE JUST
HORRIBLE AND CHEAT.I'VE ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE KOTAK BANK AND THEY'RE IN A
WAY TO RESOLVE N MAKE THE EASYDAY PAY IN DOUBLE FOR MY LOSS.

I would prefer to go buy from a normal grocery store next time & would NEVER recommend Easy Day at Rampur to any one !!!
