[Resolved]  Easyinsuranceindia.com — Customer Service is null

Hi,
I had taken two wheeler policy from easyinsuranceindia.com and been suffering after that.
I had taken policy from easyinsuranceindia.com with policy ID 19_6_2012_8_4387, from Tata AIG for two wheeler.
First, they promised for Insurance in 2 days after application, but it took more than week for policy to delivered.
After delivering, there has been misspelled name and address.
I had word with them, and even point out, that name of the RC book is correct, its the mistake from there side.
They said, it would take another 7 days for rectification and then, there is again no update of it.
My advice to forum users, please, don't go for this insurance company, instead, go to your local insurance broker, he will give you 1000 times much better service.
