I am a resident of chennai and I have a house in tambaram which is currently unoccupied. We had sent a person to pay the current bill to the EB office but the person came back and said the owner has to come. The problem is very simple, last 3 to 4 months, we have been told not to pay any amount by EB because we had excess payment inside, but the card was full and they have not replaced with a new one. The person sitting there did not know how to operate a computer and so he was telling us that there should be a new card. After our explanation he sought help from his lady colleague who was full of attitude. she took her own time in helping him and finally he told us the money and we paid. When I said, I had to travel 20kms for this small issue and asked him to give a new card, he said it was not available. It was available right next to him, but he was not willing to take the extra step. Finally after some verbal dual, he replaced the card. Moral of the story, these guys are so poor in their education/customer service. I need an action on this pls....Rajmohan...[protected] Was this information helpful? |
