Here I am sending the conversion with seller which will clear that although i have cancelled the refund but have not received the product. Please inform me asap! thank To:yadvirvets From:gizmotron8 Sent:16-Nov-2011 18:24 Dear customer, we spoke with ebay regarding this a while ago. i have put in another mail to them today itself . even after this details ebay rejected my claim. then again i contacted the seller and he responded from gizmotron8 02-Dec-2011 at 16:10:24 IST We have sent end no of mails to ebay requesting to give a refund to our customer as we were unable to provide him with the product. We have approached ebay as well as paisapay. We will be sending ebay a cheque of the amount so that they can foward the payment to the customer. Then at last i submitted the case to ebay--- Case type: Significantly not as described , Case status: Claim submitted till now i have not received any response from either seller or ebay. my experience is that never ever buy laptops or costly items from ebay.
