Battery drain shutting down
Dear Sir,

We purchased a BlackBerry Storm 9550 mobile on 27th Dec 2011 through Ebay, Mumbai. Our Order no. is PaisaPay ID [protected]. On delivery I’m facing problem with battery drain shutting down handheld. How to solve my problem plz do it n mail to my id. this phone is not work properly so pls help me.

This has been the most unsatisfactory and a torturous experience with the 1st relationship that we have had with the Ebay family.
