Ebay.in — Product Not received

I shopped for over Rs.10,000 on www.ebay.in a and as per the republic day offer was to receive a free samsung mobile worth Rs.1000. Its been over 2 months since the offer but I haven't received the mobile yet. I have made numerous calls to ebay but customer service has been of no help. My calls are either placed on hold for ages or the agents simply hang up. My ebay user id is (mandark13).

I have pain Rs 27, 000 online on 4 Oct 2014 for mini projector but till date product or refund is received.uii

Hi, I had bought a tab from ebay.in.I made the successfull payment.But after sometime i got a call from seller(cromaretial) that your item cannot be shipped, because the price mentioned on ebay was wrong.I want the product.as soon as posiible.Please look into the issue.
