the company cheated me..

first company agent did'nt clarify about advance service plan.
he told me that on pay Rs 4950 in advance he charge me Rs 20 per lot for option and future.but actually he charged me as Rs 70 per lot.

let me clarify.....
on paying advance brokerage company cut Re 1 from main account and 19 Rs from Advance Brokerage.But actual company verify dat on advance brokerage u have got Rs 1.8 crore transactions means.
suppose if i buy option of nifty
call 5000 @ a rate of Rs 50. that means i have to pay (50*50)= Rs 2500 and brokerage=Rs 20 per lot. ie mean i make a transaction of Rs 2500 but according to you my transaction is (50*5000)=Rs 250000.
if i divide Rs 1.8 crore by Rs 250000 den i am able to get only 72 slot according to you at brokeage Rs(1+19). after dat my transacyion limit is over.This deal is not given by u at the time of account open.
Actually u have charged me 5000/72=Rs 70 per lot.

After that online website service is also very poor,due to this i had lost a big amount .And he also responding late of my mail .
