[Resolved]  Education Loan — no response to foreclosure of loan

my education loan[protected],i have made request for foreclosure of loan on 29/09/09 and acknowledged by your bank on 01/10/19, but till date i have not received any correspondence. Even my EMI have been deducted after this for 2 months and in the past few days i have been receiving threatening calls by your bank. i have contacted your kandivali branch where letter was delivered but no satisfactory answer was given by them,however she told us at four occasions you will get letter from our branch.
Further it is also stated that as per your agreement for pre payment of loans if not used loan can be fore closed within 6 months with a penalty of 4 % for which we agree to pay.Even after my humble request loan was not closed and EMI was being deducted from my account. Therfore it is once again requested that kindly arrange to close my education loan and intimate me detail amount for payment.
