[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India IDentity Card — Mistake in Name and Address

my name and age in identity card is incorrect..i'm from himachal..where should i complaint about it..

My Voter id card was issued in 1995, but it is of no use to me because of name and address wrongly printed on the same. My name printed is SOUKH RAJ, whereas my name is SAURABH RAJ.
The spelling of my father's name is Jitendra Narain Sinha but it is misspelt Nayaran ( need correction here also ).

Address printed is completely different that what we are at. My correct address is
K/435, Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna - 800020.

My age is also wrongly calculated - My date of birth is 31.12.1975

If anyone in election commission is seeing this message and there is any department who does this correction, pls do the needful and send me new voting id card on the address mentioned above.
