i have paymnet electricity bill of [protected] customer via e_banking of payment is successfill and tranction no is IK02581433.PLS REMMIT THIS PAYMENT IN MY ACCOUNT

To MSEB Borad Consumer serv

By your mistak, You had given a bill of 30000/- for the month of Dec . Since last month i am just tring to resolve the problem . But even after paying the bill ( 1000 recommended by your officer ), same bill is in progress . Two they had taken my meter.

My consumer no is[protected]

Do you think this the way to deal with the customer.

Nobody from the top managment is taking the responsiblity.

This is shame on the part of the all the govenment offical ( MSEB)
