[Resolved]  Electricity — theft of electricity

sir,
i would like to register a complain regarding a hotel which is situated in laxmangarh (sikar)...address ...
HOTEL BASERA BAR,
NH-11, NEAR NARODRA BUS STAND,
LAXMANGARH, SIKAR
they are continuously stealing electricity from last 3-4 years. Their meter is tampered by expert electrician.On 10th of feb some higher authority came and replaced their meter with a new meter. but now they are trying their best to approach to some higher authorities to not to give penalty. They are using 3 AC, 3 FRIDGE, 20 -25 TUBE LITES, 3-4 GIZER etc. and are paying very less charges .so please kindly have some strict action in this regard and impose the highest penalty .
