[Resolved] Electrolux — Refrigerator
I am based out of Bangalore & I have logged in a complaint with Electrolux customer service in 1st week of May 2008 for a simple problem of one of the legs of my fridge was broken. The technicians visited my premises in two days after my complaint and instead of replacing the leg, which was broken, they have broken the other leg also in the process of repair...They have kept some paper packing at the base of the fridge and have confirmed that they are going to return back with both the legs stand.
Till today, ( 3 months over) despite of making multiple calls to Electrolux, talking to their regional manager, service manager, Area manager, all are in vain. Commitments after commitments, they give but absolutely no response from the compaby. I repent of buying a product with a shoddy service capabilities of the manufacturer.
Everytime I call them, they give reasons of the parts not available, wrong parts have been shipped etc., there is no firm action taken by the company to resolve a customer complaint which is long pending. I wonder how the company track the pending calls of a customer and how is tracked till closure. I look forward for a sincere closure of my problem by the manufacturer at the earliest.
