[Resolved]  Electrolux — no cooling

not cooling from last two days..compressure not working..
steplizer is also not working...complaints are not attending,we are not satisfied from the services what they are providing..

i m not satisfied with the services..first of all they allways delay the complaints..i m very disturbed..please take any action againts them..

I have been facing no cooling since one month, i have complained severl times, but service is hopeless, technician doesn't know whats the problem..... and people from local service contract dont give proper answers. never expect service from electrolux, mean you should never go for any electrolux items.

With reference to the JOB No.BAN[protected]. The service engineer from Global Service has visited our house on 10-11-09, He has replaced the Bimetallic thermo switches (2nos.) & assured it will function properly. He has charged us Rs.630/-. We have observed the same problem after 2 days, He has visited & replaced the Timer, CLO & costs us Rs.900/-. Then we have found the same problems after a day.We are using 4 no.s of refrigerator at different locations. Kindly let us know How do go about at the earliest!!

part was changed but again after 1 week the part is again not working (PCB Dead) the new complain no. is PT79C03017 .

RUSTED, there are PATCHES all around the body of the fridge. It is troubling me a lot.
I’m fully dissatisfied by your fridge & your service .Within 1 year guarantee period this is the poorest condition of your fridge what will happen
after the guarantee? After one year? now i‘ll not let the machanic to repair
the part. I need a new refrigerator.

I purchased Electrolux Refrigerator in Sep 2007 from a local dealer. I started facing problems from January 2008 with the product as its cooling capacity weakened and soon become dysfunctional. After repeated compaints to the said dealer, no positive response received from the said dealer. The Refrigerator is under warranty period and i am facing a lot of problems due to this product. therefore you are requested to please intimate the dealer and resolve the problem. i has purchase the fridge and when it came to my home and installed it was not working and when i put the complaint the service boy came checked and said this has a problem of no cooling the new peice was not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Electrolux refrigrator dated 02/08/2008. IT Sr.no. is 72019019. from Jadgish Electornics ( 2N/18 B.P.NEAR 2-3 Chowk, N.I.T. Faridabad (Haryana).

In our fridge there are very problems of cooling and not receive ice.

we complaint it to customer care and complend no is gur[protected]

but customer care said this fridge repair cost is 1500/-. But it is in gurrantee of periods of five years.

so we requested that please solve my problems.

Electrolux - monumentally poor service. Informed a fan for my oven wouls have to be brought up from Singapore and might take a week. Fair, but that was in November and it's now Feb the following year. If someone wants to start a Facebook page entitled "Buy Electrolux last" I would definitely join it.

Electrolux Refrigerators — No customer service at all, no response

Dear Sir,

I bought a refrigerator from electrolux on 2007. i have warranty of 5 years.
I got a problen with the excavator and cooling. on 22nd december i registered a complaint to the customer service people. On 22/1/10 again I got a call from " touch homeexpress " service center saying that they have received this camplain and they will take care of it with complain no- Hydba220148 and on 23/01/10 and gave us a estimation of Rs 2205.00 and we agree to it and they came around 25/01/10 with a weilding machine and with gas cutter and started removing every part of the Refregator with the weilding machine and after doing so Mr Jameen[protected]said sir I came with a different spare part and went back saying he will come on 26th or 27th with a exact spare part but even after lot of follow-up there was no response and on 5th Feb MR Sachin from Touchhomeexpress ( ph no[protected]called me and said that he have written a mail to Head Quater and he is expecting a new sparepart on 7th and somebody will come on 8th or on 9th of Feb but again the same old story and when ever we will call them either they will say ther are in lunch or in a meeting or driving or somebody else will pick the phone and will say Sachin sir will call us after sometime.

I need support from you people , thats why i regeistered my complain in Indian Consumer Complaint Forum.

I am expecting a early response from you people.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased an Electrolux Ac in the month of december and got it intsalled by 15th Dec 2009 approx.

Now just 2 1/2 months down the line, i have a problem of no cooling. When checked it was informed that the Gas has leaked. How cum a new AC gas gets leaked so fast. I have been using a window Ac for more that 20 years with no problem and now this Split Ac Gas Leaking is of a real concern.

I have logged a complain with teh customer care. Complaint no. MUM/[protected].

Hope to get a solution for the same or refund my cost so that i can invest in some other AC of a good brand atleast.

My fridge is not cooling, the same problem arised last year which was repaired by your authorised service station S.A.M.appliances, Kolkata, after your advice, the total cost they charged from me was rs. 1400/- same problem arrised again when i contact them they has given the estimate for Rs.1700/- once again for the same problem, is it fair to pay me, they are not taking any responcibilty to reapir the same.
