This is Bala working as Software Tester for the past 1.5yrs @ Elintsys.I would like to inform you about Elintsys as a leading IT firm located at Salem.To my fullest knowledge it is a great opportunity to work in Elintsys.
I have gained more exposure with latest technologies and Customer Relationship Management.As we are working with top MNCs the operating standard and HR policies are rigid that resembles MNC's policies.
The previous comments are from the Ex-employees who has under-performed and absconded during the project development and they has caused a heavy loss to the management and pressure to colleagues.Hence readers kindly neglect the above fake comments posted by the people with duplicate names.
Employees are given fullest freedom to work here and the management respects their contribution and innovative ideas towards the success of projects, employee and company.

This is sendhil kumar, I had been working at Elintsys over an year, It was great to be there, the ambience of elintsys and the amicability of the senior staff facilitate every employee to bring out their fullest potential. No one can ever deny that working at Elintsys has always paved way for their evolution of their professional skills. Those who have posted disparaging remarks about the company were the ones who worked superficially and thats a deliberate attempt to discredit the eminence of the Elintsys.

i've seen a huge difference at him(technically updated & Strong).
Good exposure from Elintsys.

U cant even get offer letters but they give build ups like anything..People with nearly 5 months salary pending are and they wont provide proper reliving formalities..HR is the worst and she doesn't know anything...CEO and Sales Persons are just without providing the basic needs to the employees

Person who has posted this complaint is Mr. Nataraj, resident of Mettur, Salem, TN.
During our investigation on his complaints which he has posted on this website is completely fake and untrue.
We have received concrete proof against the allegation which he has posted on his previous employers.
Mr.Nataraj was not committed and he was under-performer at his employments. He was absconding from his employment after collecting salary from employers.
The above said information proofs are available with his previous employers for verification.
