[Resolved] Emaar MGF — Allotment letter and Booking documents not received
I have booked a flat in EMMAR MGF Palm Hills at sec 77, NH-8 in the month of August 10. the booking of 5 lacs is already paid to them. till now i have not got any allotemnt letter or any other official letter from EMMAR MGF on my booking. i have got the reciepts for payments and it has my flat number alloted as tower 31 flat no 101. I am following up with EMMAR MGF and their authorised booking agent D C Jain company for the paper from last 3 months but not even i single response. I would like to request to EMMAR and D C Jain to take ownership of this issue and release my documents ASAP.
I would aslo like to share that Emmar MGF and D C Jain both are not at all proffesional companies and do not care about customers. Customer care and customer satisfaction terms doesnt exsists in these companies..
