[Resolved]  Emaar Mgf Land Ltd. — E-TICKET - FF No. 36683942

I tried to book my e-ticket from Lucknow to Delhi on 05.07.09 and back on 7.7.09. After feeding all the details, your web site asks for CSC No of the credit card. I am a citibank master card holder. I could not book the tickets through internet as the CSC number was not being accepted. I contacted your customer care who advised me to talk to Citibank in this regard. The Citibank, on being contacted, confirmed that they accept transactions only through IPIN as the transactions through CSC number are unsecured. But your web site does not ask for IPIN no. Though your representative at customer care could confirm the tickets, but she informed me that 500 miles on booking ticket through internet would not be credited to my account in this case.
Now, I have two submissions:
1. Please make provision for IPIN on your web/internet site so that the tickets could be booked by your guests having Citibank master card.
2. Credit 1000 miles to my account No. 36683942.
I would appreciate if a confirmation to above is made to me either on my email or on mobile.
