[Resolved] Emirates — Ccomplaint about Emirates
Below mention complain is sended to emirates via e-mail on there customer care offices in new york and regular e-mail address given on there website on march 3 and 5 2008 respectfully, but no action has been taken yet.kindly look into the matter.
Reference : OUR TRIP THRU FLIGHT NO. EK511 (DEL-DXB) CONNECTING WITH EK203(DXB-JFK)
I JAGWINDER SINGH SAWHNEY, my wife, GURPREETA KAUR SAWHNEY, my 6 yrs. son RISHIPAL SINGH SAWHNEY & my infant daughter MANNOOR KAUR SAWHNEY had travelled in the above flight on 28th feb and 29 feb 2008 respectively.
1. first and foremost i would like to bring to your kind notice that we had reached to dubai in flight EK 511 on 28th feb, 2008 afternoon and we were to take the connecting flight from dubai to new york (jfk) at 2.00 a.m. 29th Feb, 2008 in EK203. When we had booked the ticket we had been told as we are having the more than 4 hrs. hault in dubai we will get a hotel facility for rest and food will be served there. but when we reached we had been clearly refused for the services only food coupons had been give on our boarding passes. Even after my wife had requested as i had a suspected angina pain due to restlessness no help had been rendered towards us by EMIRATES staff in dubai airport somehow my wife took me to airport medical center herself and i had been admitted their for 4 hrs and all tests like ECG, BP and more had been done their. then my wife decided and we took a room in DUBAI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL in the airport itself.
2. We had clearly given a request for INDIAN NON-VEG meal(same has been confirmed on your indian emirates customer helpline on 20/02/2008)ur both the flights, when we were travelling in EK 203 to JFK in our first meal he had been served BEAF which was a BLUNDER and this had hurt our religion, when we had asked the cabin crew staff the lady had clearly told that this is the only food we should be eaten if they will be having any food extra with them then only they will change the same, unfortunately they were not changed the food and my wife and my self slept without food in the flightl. Even when my infant baby was thirsty we had asked for a glass of water before 45 minutes of landing of the flight the crew staff had told us that they even did not have water anymore to serve and at the same time they had served juice to a english couples son. The cabin crew staff of 203 was very un-courteous and rude they do not know how to talk even they were behaving as if we are
traveling in flight on their sympathy. In the flight so much of partiality been done as our children were hungry and we had been asked for some chicken burger and juice and they clearly refused and in front o[censored]s they had served the same to ARABIAN AND ENGLISH PASSENGERS FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND FOR THEMSELVES.
I WANT TO ASK WHAT KIND OF CONCERN AND SERVICE IS BEING RENDERED BY AIRLINE TO THEIR TRAVELLERS EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING WITH THEIR SAME AIRLINE, IT IS REALLY SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A ESTEEM AIRLINE FOR THEIR COURTEOUS SERVICE WHICH THEY CLAIM THE RENDERED TO THEIR PASSENGERS. IT WAS REALLY PAINFULL AT THAT TIME FOR US WHEN OUR CHILDEREN WERE SITTING WITHOUT FOOD IN SUCH A LONG JOURNEY AND OTHERS WERE ENJOYING BECAUSE THEY WERE ARABIANS AND ENGLISH AND WE WERE INDIANS. I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THE SERVICES OF SUCH A ESTEEM AIRLINE.
EIRLIER MY VIEWS FOR THIS AIRLINE WAS THAT THIS IS THE BEST AIRLINE WE HAD EVER TRAVELLED IN, BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THE STAFF OF THIS AIRLINE SERVE BETTER TO WHITE COLOUR PEOPLE OR THE PEOPLE OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY, THIS FLIGHT IS MEANT FOR ONLY ENGLISH AND ARABIANS. AS WE ARE HAVING OUR RETURN TICKETS ALSO IN THIS AIRLINE I THINK WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRAVEL IN SUCH A FLIGHT WHERE COURTSEY BEEN GIVEN ONLY ON PAPERS.
Now we will take up this matter legally and forward you the further correspondence through our legal counsultant soon.
Kindly see that no body should be harrassed like they way me and my family has been harrassed mentally ad physically too.
As we are in USA for some months we will be contacted for further correspondence or reply in usa.
