Dear sir, i had sent a parcel to india - pune in my brothers name CAPT S SURESH who is working in indian army as a CAPTAIN on 22nd march 2010 tracking no - CPX00306835AE but till nw it hasn't reached i called the emirated post inquiry they said to call me in the mumbai office but i called them they said it hasent arrived yet.it it has already despatched on 22/03/10 from dubai sorting center despatch no - 825 i cannot understand wtd the reason this is very bad service no one gives the correct information when i call in emirates I need this urgent y its ben delayed pls give the telphone no in india where my brother can enquire regarding the parcel. i need urgent reply regading this matter. cpx00320771ae my parcel number is CPXOO320771AE its been almost 20days n i havent received my parcel frm dubai.......it shows tht on 5th it got dispatched frm the dubai sortin office waitin for it urgently thanx pls do d needful.......or atleast fwd d number whr i cn get in touch

My parcel number is CP[protected]AE Entry Dt 06.05.2010 its been almost 35days n i havent received my parcel frm Abu Dhabi...it shows tht on 6th it got dispatched frm the Abu Dhabi post office waitin for it urgently thanx pls do d needful...or atleast fwd d number whr i cn get in touch

I had sent a parcel to india - JAMSHEDPUR in my brothers name NASIR KHAN, on dated 22nd june 2011 tracking no - CP[protected]AE but till now it hasn't reached its distanee.I called to emirated post inquiry they said to call me at KOLKATA foreign (INCCUC)office, your parcal is in the custom clearnce.they dont give me the number and address of the office how cum i know what is the status of my parcel and what is the for holding this. I cannot understand what is the reason, no one gives the correct information when i go to in emirates post office Fujairah.There is no ileagal thing on my parcel for holding in the custom.Please communicate to Kolkatta custom for open my parcel and checked it and send on my address.It duty of Emirets post they give us a proper service and caring our goods, we r not did any mistake they why we r sufring for that?

I'am tracking my parcel sent from Dubai and the status says "item customs request", ...can I know what this means ...my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com...kindly revert back.thank you

can i have contact no. of emirates post - mumbai as i have not received my parcel from dubai despatched on 16.12.2012, and i cant track my parcel from web as i have lost my tracking no. (post id), but i only have rcpt no.[protected]. so kindly help that how can i track my parcel in mumbai. awaiting ur replu soon.
