[Resolved] Emirates Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — Over Billing without usages
I am holding a post paid connection no [protected] of Airtel for the past few years. I have subscribed for bill detailes everyday. In the past fre months I have observed that Airtel is overcharging. Even with one or two short local calls the bill goes higher by Rs.100 to 120 which is quire surprising. I have made several complaints to Airtel and got the consumer complaint number also but no action has been taken on any of my complaint.
My average bill can not go more than Rs. 20 -30 in any case whereas following details are troubling:
3rd Feb 2009 bill amount 367
5th Feb 2009 bill amount 481
6th Feb 2009 bill amount 509
7th Feb 2009 bill amount 629
It is so difficult to reach any Customer Care Executive on 121 that it is better to surrender the number than getting irrrited everyday on the cheating by Airtel. Please help from such exploitations by companies like Airtel.
