My PF Account No: TN/40497/MAS/10284 & Employee No-5490, while working with “Subhiksha Trading Services Pvt Ltd” for Mumbai region. I worked for the organization since 27th June’2007 till the company's office in Mumbai got shut down without any notice or further address for communication (i.e.) 31st January’2009.

Till date I applied 3 times for withdrawal and once the form sent to corporate office of chennai and other times they not received it. Now I atleast want to know my account statement and current balance. So please help me.

Subject: Provident Fund No: HR/GGN/27568/0406 - not settled.

This is with reference to the settlement of claim for provident fund. Orange Business Services has submitted my Provident Fund settlement forms (Form 19, 10C and Form 13) to your office on 4th July, 2007 and the same has been accepted in your office on 28th August, 2008.

I am sorry to state that I have neither got my provident fund settled nor any response from your office till date, despite writing several reminders to your office at the mail id. sro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in.

I shall be highly grateful if you could help me obtaining my hard earned provident fund at the earliest.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY EPF AMOUNT. MY EX ORGANISATION HAS SUBMITTED THE FORM IN NOV'10 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT. Employee Provident Fund — PF not received since 2007

Hi,
My name is Miss Bindu Bangera. I was working for Delhi based company Contact India Commodities Pvt Ltd who had branch office in Mumbai from 16/1/2006 to 20/8/2007.I had applied for my PF withdrawal twice since then and I have not got any response. I approached various PF offices in Delhi and was finally asked to fill Form 19 & Form 10C the second time for withdrawal. This was done in 28th June 2010.This was sent to Wazirpura Industrial Area, New Delhi 110052. As I dint have the new address of the company I was asked to give my Bank account no. which I had submitted alongwith the attested copy of the Branch Manager. I was told the money will be transferred directly to my account. This has not happened till date.
This is major trauma I am facing for past 5 years. The EPF gives advertisment that we should withdraw the money in time or get it transferred but what about the support from their end. I have been following for past 5 years. Sitting in Mumbai its really difficult to get in touch with people in Delhi.
My PF Account no. is DL/934816/011.
Request you to please look in to the matter asap and transfer the amount in my bank account.
