[Resolved]  Employee Provident Fund — EPF withdrawal not received till now.

My Previous company DENT AIDS has submitted EPF settlement Form 19 & 10C for withdrawal of my EPF money on 17th Jun 2009. But till date I have not receive my money on my bank account.
Please find the below information for the same. Please let me know the status of the same.

My Company Sparsh BPO Services has submitted the form for transfer my PF money to my bank account. Form submitted on Dec 24, 2010, My PF account number is MH/94723/24123, but I did not received my provident fund money.

My Bank Account is 18999 and Bank Branch is Pune Mahanagar Bank (PUNE-MH), Shri Building, Chandannagar Nagar Road, Pune-411014 MAHARASHTRA

If any problem in my form or any clarification, please inform me.

Therefore, you are requested to consider above said problem, and transfer my PF money to my bank account as soon as possible.
