Employees pension scheme 95, wrong date of birth
I was an employee of INDIA UNITED MILL NO-4, T.B.KADAM MARG KALACHOWKI, Mumbai 400 033 and my PF A/C No. was MH/120/7482 Scheme certificate No-MH/BAN/10277
I retired from the services of the company on 20th February 2000.On 11th March 2002 I have received letter from employees provident fund organization Receipt no MH/BAN/42439 In that my birthdate is written as 1/11/1956 while my actual birthdate as per company record is 1944 not 1956, while my wifes birthdate is correctly written as 1/7/1950.After this i have written request letter to PF office saying my birthdate is wrongly written in PF Scheme certificate and please correct it ASAP.Then reply come from them on 16th oct 2002 saying your birthdate is correctly written and hense your request cant be considerd, I have all my company documents including photocopy of form 2 that says my birthdate is 1944.
While regular follow up with office they are now not replying anything, while my ex-employer have provided all photocopies of documents that forwarded to PF office which shows birthdate is 1944.

As every one knows, family pension scheme is instituted by the Government only to provide some solace to the poor retiring employees. In my case, even after 8 years of my retirement I have still not got my pension, neither do I know the status of my pension.
I want the concerned EPF Office to let me know what is happening in my case and when can I expect to get my pension.
