IHAVE WORKED WITH HERO INDIA PVT. LTD. FOR ONE YEAR FROM 2008 TO 2009. NOW I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY PF AMOUNT AFTER ONE YEAR FROM LEAVING THE COMPANY. MY 3/4 AMOUNT OF PF HAS BEEN CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT . BALANCE HAS NOT COME YET. 15.87 % PART HAS COME BUT 8.33% PART HAS NOT COME YET.IN MINI STATEMENT AMOUNT CREDITED + CHEQUE DEPOSIT SHOWS. TO WHOM SHOULD I COMPLAINT AND HOW CAN I RECIEVE MY BALANCE AMOUNT.MY PF ACCOUNT IS IN MAHARASHTRA AND I AM LIVING IN HIMACHAL PRADESH.KINDLY SUGGEST.

My self Mr.Devaraja D PF No MH/42857/8000 And i was employed with lobo staffing solutions and i have applied the Pf form in the month of Feb 2010 but due to submission form in the cut off it would taken some days so they have submitted pf form in the month of 18th of Jun 2010 to pf office and i have received the Acknowledgment copy still i have not received the claimed ( PF ) amount not received .

I am worked in Delhi in GILI. I had left the job in 1july2010. but my PF had be concern in maharashtra devision. I had also filled the foam to withdrawl the PF amount but after 9 month i can not received my PF. i had also concern with GILI devision person they had told "There is some problem in PF office that's why your PF is delay". I am not satisfied with this answer.
