[Resolved] Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Bandra — cheques not recieved in my account

sir, I recieved one letter (Ref -7019357/cash/20072008/BAN 22/194/1944/R.L.No.-76669&70193528/Cash/20072008/BAN22/199/2016)from E P F O, BANDRA dated 28/09/07, saying that they are senting cheques for Rs 53302(cheque no.964153) and Rs 38374(cheque no 865695) drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI MAIN BRANCH, MUMBAI towards Final/partly settlement and withdrawal benefit against P.F.A/c No.MH/20942/3271 and creditinng the same to my bank account no.13919 .but this cheques are not credited into my A/c upto this time.After writing lot of letters to bandra office and direct to Central PF Commissioner DELHI, again I got a letter (Ref: PGHS 0802197 dated[protected] telling that they sending cheques for Rs 53302 (VD.CH.NO.964153) & Rs 38314 (v.d.ch.no.865695)dated 28-09-08 to my SB A/C NO 13919, BANK OF INDIA, ERNAKULAM. Unfortunately these cheques are also not credited into my A/C upto this date. so please take neccessary steps in this matter, as I am financially put to difficulties regards, Santhosh Jose Was this information helpful? sir,

I have recieved one letter (Ref[protected]/cash/2008/ban27/541/6876/R.L.No.-193632 & 80478443/cash/20082009/Ban27/547/6964) from E P F O, BANDRA dated 27/02/09, saying that they are senting cheques for Rs 44612(cheque no.792487) and Rs.24713/-(cheque no 750132) drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI MAIN BRANCH, MUMBAI towards Final/partly settlement and withdrawal benefit against P.F.A/c No.MH/46349/714 and creditinng the same to my bank account no.[protected] .but this cheques are not credited into my A/c upto this time..

I have mentioned my bank address and unfortunately my bank shifted to another place, so kindly send my cheques to the following address.

Branch code - ICIC0000001

and also confirm when are you going to send the cheques to my ICICI Bank.

so please take neccessary steps in this matter, as I am financially put to difficulties

i worked with a company named Dr batra's possitive health clinic pvt.ltd in chandigarh. i left that company in sept and courrierd my form and documents to epf office mumbai in feb.
i was told that i would get my amount max in 3 monyhs. but i didn't get any call and mail since then, they never respond over the phone.
i mailed (email) them, but no response from them
my pf no isMH/45085/1929
pls look in to matter and reply me as soon as possible.
please do the needful.

I have left aristo pharmaceutical ltd mumbai in feb 2008 and joined win medicare pvt ltd new delhi in march 2008 also i have applied application to win medicare to transfer my total amount of provident fund from aristo pharmaceuticals to win medicare but till date this is not happen now i want to withdraw my total amount of p.f. from aristo pharmaceuticals which is still pending can u pl. guide me and help in this situation.
