[Resolved]  Employees Provident Office - Wazirpur, Delhi — Non Receipt of PF money - Account- DL/6746/161

Dear Sir,
I had been submited the PF form on02/01/2009 in Delhi Wazirpur PF office but I am not yet received my PF amount nobody picking the phone also my PF A/C no. DL/35794/0002.So when should I will get my PF amount.
I hope you will do the needful and revert me as soon as possible

I had personally gone and deposited my Provident Fund withdrawal form at wazirpur office on 12-dec-2008. It has been now 92-days and have not received the same so far. Nobody picks up phone and don't know what to do. Kindly do the needful so as to receive my money from PF office.

My PF was transferred by PF Department Raipur Chhatisgarh from account no. CG/17054/86 of Devesh Panwar S/o Sh. S.N. Panwar through ch.85684 dated 31.08.06 Rs.60074/ drawn on SBI main Branch Raipur to Regional Provident Commissioner New Delhi in Account No DL/19846/127 Devsh panwar Name of company Monnet Ispat Ltd Mohta Building 3rd Floor, 4 Bhikaji Cama Place New Delhi But till date same has not been transferred in my account. You are requested to look into the matter.

Respected Sir,

I was employed with M/s Modi Flour Mills, Okhla Industrial Estate-Phase-III, New Delhi and left the job on dt.08.02.2008. I submitted the Form "Employees Pension Scheme 1995 alongwith Form 10 'C' duly signed, filled and stamped with myself and my Employer and submitted to your Nehru Place Branch on dated 04.08.2008. After 3 months the Form was returned to the Employer M/s Modi Flour Mills telling that Employer's Signature is mismatching. Thereafter I again sent the Form duly signed and stamped to Your Nehru Place Branch on dated 14.11.2008 but till then 8 months have been passed and the pension fund has not been transferred to my Saving Bank A/c No.[protected] till today. It is very shameful.

I request you to please get transferred my Family Pension fund in My above said A/c. and i[censored]nable to do so please reply to my abovesaid E.mail so that it can be solved at th earliest. Brief detail regarding my Family pension are as under;

My name is Vasundhara Reddy worked as QA executive for south india for 2 years with Domino's Pizza which is come under jubilent group.

i have applied for PF but my boss who is all india Quality head is not approving my PF and using harsh words.
