[Resolved]  Employees Provident Office - Wazirpur, Delhi — Non Receipt of PF money - Account- DL/6746/161

dear Sir,

I had personally gone and deposited my Provident Fund withdrawal form at wazirpur office on by two month before . I have not received the same so far and when i have chcked online status shows this claimed not recd by office.Kindly do the needful so as to receive my money from PF office.

PF and FPF was deducted form my salary from august 1980 but neither paid nor transfered to my pf account no. UP/336/1111 lucknow. Please let me know my pf no. so that i my apply for refund/transfar. Either SMS mob. [protected] or email- [protected]@rediffmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com or intimate at phone[protected] or mob. [protected] help me.

I was submitted the pf form of 25th june-2010, but still i m waiting for the positive responce.my establisment no:-DL/26407-53, so how much i will have to wait for regarding this, kindly contact to me :-[protected], i will be always grateful to u, i[censored] will contact to me, because right now i m so needed for money.

I have submited my PF Withdrawal for my PF Account No.DS/NHP/6935/3795-04 vide your claim ID No.[protected] and i i have received a massage on 23.11.10 that my stteled amount of Rs.11235/- has been transfered to my given bank account no. but due to soem clerikal error from your staf My Bank A/c No. wrong entered instead of[protected] they have inserted [protected] same error they have done in inserting IFCS code of the bank instead of inserting KKBK0000195 they have inseted KKBK000019.

Due to which my amount has not been credited to my account please look into the matter and do the needful.

This has reference to the credit of EPF Amount to My BANK.

As per trail mail from EPF Office the Amount of Rs 16390 vide cheque No. 570179 (NEFT) dated 19.11.2010 was sent to my bank via SBI, Delhi.

However, the same was rejected & sent back to SBI on Account of change in beneficiary name. ( Mail from AXIS bank with details attached for reference ).

Post marriage my sir name has changed from Sayantani Chatterjee to Sayantani Singh ( marriage certificate enclosed )

As per Axis Bank they have returned the cheque back to SBI & as per EPF Office they haven’t received the same.
Under these circumstances you are requested to kindly check back your records and suggest a solution.
If the same can be redirected to Axis bank & we can furnish the marriage certificate at the branch the same can possibly get accepted OR if you deem fit to return it to EPF office kindly keep me in loop so that i can follow on the same with the PF Office.

Request for an urgent action on the same as this is pending for almost 3 months.
