EMS — parcel held by customs delhi

Hello. A parcel [received by Delhi customs on 22-11-12, tracking No. EE[protected]GB] containing a birthday gift from my mother, is being held and 'awaiting customs clearance'. I would like to receive this gift before my next birthday!! No letter has been sent, no info on having to pay "charges"

Hi, MY tracking is EA[protected]NL. from 17th Aug 2017 its show held for customs. it hasnt moved further after that. what should i do, whom to contact. local post office says they have no idea
