[Resolved]  ENEM TECHNOLOGIES — FRAUD

Dear Vishal it seems you really had bad experience in learning SAP at enem. I understand your position (as you might have flunked in you SAP certification test thereby need someone to curse:)...however, in my personnel opinion myself and 4 fo my fellow friends got placed from this centre and all o[censored]s are doing pretty well (we really owe them a lot)...cheer up boy...work hard ...sucess is not far away...

Dear Vishar, now a days no company will give you 100% placement assistance. If you have guts and proper educational qualification to back up, you dont have to blame Enem Technologies. I myself have done SAP Certification from Enem and got placed in Accenture.

I know about Enem Technologies they are into consulting business...
I have heard about their training institute. My friend completed his training form that centre and fortunately got placed in an MNC. He is CA and good domain experience.
Without any good domain experience you can not get a good job in SAP arena.
My advice to you is get some experience and then try your luck...

My son had selected by telephonic interview conducted by enemtechnologies(Noida)&patni Computers in Mumbai in the month of January 2009. They send offer letter to join in Patni Computers as a sap hr consultant with 48, 000/-rs per month to join 2nd February 2009 mailed by enem technologies Noida at Patni Computers in Airoli at Navi Mumbai. My son go there and the hr manager said the joining date has post poned to 9th of February 2009. Again My son go there to join in the Patni Computers on 9th 2009. They ahd permitted to join in the Patni omputers. In the midst of the April 9th the project had completed and your services are not required told by the HR Manager at Patni Computers Mumbai. From the joining date to relieving date no salary had given by either Patni Computers or by enem technologies(Noida). upto this time. As a father of my son telephoned to the HR department and the Patni Computers also. My son has also requested to send the salary to my bank a/c which had given by me.there is no answer from the enem technologies(Noida). The Patni Computers in Mumbai HR has told to my son the DD had send to enem technologies. My son had worked 41 days from 9th February to 10 th April 2009. Upto this period my son has not received any single paise and I and my son also requested the enem technologies (Noida) by mail we are in critical position to maintain my family in Mumbai and we have spent nearly 1, 000 rs for phone calls to contact with the authorities.They have replied many times within two dys we are sending your salary.But till this time I have not received any single paise from the enemtechnologies(Noida).
So this is the information Any Person has mankind to take steps to send my sons salary for 41 days to help as I am from a poor family.

hello why blame enem tech for non payment of salary they are a consulting firm and a manpower agency find out clearly what was the agree ment verbally between the ENEM and the employee. somtimes the comapnies say that "the employee has to proove their mettle then only they cud be absorbed till then they hav to work as trainees without pay. " in the recession periods all companies hack and sack at thier will, as u hav stated that u hav a call letter frm them u can always approach labour court and appeal for your salary. labour comissioner wud be your best bet. but u hav to deal with that in delhi as the call letter originated from delhi if i am right. fyi patni computers has nothing to do with the employees salary. its jus a gimmick by the consulting firms in allmetros to deal with non locals.

As per my information from the company, Subhramanyam Varanasi is a comletely fake consultant. His back ground and other credentials checked by the company was negative. Enem has not taken any HR Action against him. Taking employment on the basis of fake information is an offence and considered as breach of contract between employer and employee. Enem has so far not taken any action against him. His respected father should not induldge in this matter.

MR.Sachin kumar, its not fair to blame on the candidate.. u should not make this type of hard statemeents on a person which you don't know... it will spoil the candidate career. I am requesting you to don't make such type of statements.

I have also enquired about MR.Subrahmanyam, I got to know is he had worked in aspire solutions for sometime and he had worked as faculty HR in Reliance. so he is a Genuine candidate.

MR.Varanasi Satyanaryana Sarma, I can say its a failure of your son. he should make sure all these things without your notice. your son is not a kid. as you said above he is a SAP HR consultant. I hope he should have the capability of makesure these job releated issues. you said your son worked 41 days in the same company, so why he was not taken care about his salary at the end of the month?. any employee after joining into the new company, he has to submit his bank account information to the concern HR team to post the salary. otherwise he has to create a new account there itself. but I didn't see any of such information from your statements.

I can suggest one thing - instead of seeking help on the 41 days salary, your son better to concentrate on the new job immediately. now Market up and running very fast. he can get the job anywhere.

wh cant we take it in this way, all the candidates certificates given for vetting to a private firm shall do the needful and reveal all hidden files, bcos many companies in blore give fake exp certicates for monetary benefit so hav to fight fo r the real justice if the candidate is true we all shd support him or else he has to face the musica.

This company called enem is cheated by its own employees. please guys dont ever dare to join this company it will not give u relieving and 2 months salary they are big cheaters running the company they will spoil your career.Those who are resigned the company are waiting for their reliieving the wont even bother to pick a call or answer your mails.Its 100% fraud company.

Emen Technologies is a worst company. It won't pay salaries to the employees. If you are working with Enem technologies, your last 2 months salary is gone. Even the HR and other management people are very irresponsible. Last word.. don't ever join Enem technologies. It happened with me and to 8 of my colleagues as well.

yes, all are absolutely right. i have worked in Patni through this worst ENEM Technologies. i have worked with this institute ( it is not a company/Organization ) nearly 5 months at Patni Mumbai. After somany calls or mails i will get my salary.

Patni HR people helped me somuch for getting my salary. I will get my salary everymonth after 20th. Even for this payment also we need to make somany calls or mails. Sanjay Takore is working at ENEM as Account Manager. But if any speak in English he can't understand. we should talk in Hindi only. Otherwise he can't give the reply. He don't English, but he is the Account Manager. Just imagine this thing How the company standards.But still the Patni taking the Manpower from this Durty organization.

I am suggesting to Everyone, pls don't join in this Worst &durty insitute.

If any one try to reach the Enem Authorities for your salary, they never pick your call.

simply be ready to loss your salary.

i have joined in patni with same Enum technologies... I am getting salary regularly... no issues... As of I know, if your performance is not good... or their background verification fails, then, patni informs to ENUM.. so they are stopping the payment to that particular guys. if you are belonging to that particular category... dont blame ENUM... ur causing to get bad reputation to the form.. So please stop unnecessary comments.

Hi Guys, I am the HR of ENUM Tech... please stop bad propaganda on my company... we are doing good... with out knowing the details don't unnecessarily comment on us. we may take legal action, if it may appropriate.

From the above chain of mails, we have cross checked against the so called 'Subrahmanyam Varanasi', he is a [censored] candidate, he had not at all performed well in the project, that's why, we have send him back, he don't know how to communicate, the attitude is very bad. I am sorry to write this about a candidate which were selected by us. Since we are hearing lot of bad propaganda about our firm, we are trying to prove ourself's here.

we will come back very shortly, about the remaining compliants mentioned above and if proves as [censored], we have their informations, we will take legal action against them.
